What are your hours?
Our Appleton Location hours are 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Last wash is 9:15 p.m.
Our Fond du Lac location hours are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Last wash is 7:15 p.m.
Are you attended?
Fond du Lac is fully attended.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Fond du Lac: Our machines take coin and the mobile app.
Appleton: Our machines take coins only.
Do you have large machines?
Yes! We have large machines at both locations that can handle bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off your laundry at our Fond du Lac location any time between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use Tide or Tide Free & Gentle, Bounce dryer sheets, and Downy softener by request.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 10 pound minimum order for our wash and fold service.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We never mix your laundry with any other customer's laundry.
When will I get my clothes back?
Your clean clothes will be ready the same day if you drop them off before noon. (Same day is not guaranteed on the weekends)
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
We pickup and deliver on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
What is the turnaround time?
Your clothes will be returned on the next delivery day.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 20 pound minimum order.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
If you sign up for recurring service, the cost is $1.89/lb. plus a $2.50 delivery fee. If you only use our service from time to time, the cost is $2.09/lb. plus a $2.50 delivery fee.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No, you do not. When you place your order just let us know where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order, there is a place where you can note any special instructions.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You can cancel at any time because we know that as long as we continue to do a great job you will stick with us.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like most online services we ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is finished.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return from your vacation.
